Before you buy
A product request through our website is an enquiry, not a confirmed purchase. The shop will confirm the exact item, pack size, price in Ugandan shillings (UGX), and collection or delivery arrangements with you directly before any sale is agreed. Because of this, we encourage you to ask questions and confirm all details before committing to a purchase.
Checking your order
When you collect your order from the shop or receive a delivery, please check the products before leaving the shop or accepting delivery. If an item does not match what you agreed with the shop, raise it immediately with our customer service team.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products we sell, vitamins, supplements, baby milk and personal care items can only be returned if they are unopened, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Returns must be arranged with the shop within 7 days of collection or delivery. Please contact us on WhatsApp or by email to discuss a return before bringing items back to the shop.
Refunds
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a return is accepted, the refund will be arranged through the same method used for the original payment. Refund timing depends on the payment method and may take several business days to process. The shop will confirm the refund arrangements with you directly.
Non-returnable items
Opened or used vitamins, supplements, baby milk formula, skincare and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Damaged or faulty items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact the shop immediately with details and, if possible, a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the product manufacturer's guidance and applicable consumer protections.
